Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced a virtual artificial intelligence (AI) spokesperson who will publish consular updates on behalf of the ministry.

The virtual consular representative, called Victoriya Shi, was created based on the portrait of Rosalie Nombre, a mixed-race Ukrainian singer and media personality who is believed to have been born in Donetsk. Western countries.
