UAE’s Permus Software House launches Myndlab, the region’s first native Arabic AI application builder — TradingView

Applications of AI

  • The first AI application builder built natively in Arabic for the GCC market
  • Enabling GCC founders, developers, and small businesses to build and launch applications faster
  • Open beta release is accessible worldwide with support for Arabic and English, with additional languages planned

dubai, united arab emirates – Permus Software House, a DIFC-based software development company and venture builder, today announced the beta launch of Myndlab, the region’s first native Arabic AI application builder. The platform is developed around the GCC market, addressing the lack of locally built tools that support real-world deployments in Arabic-first environments.

Myndlab is designed in the UAE and built for developers, product teams, founders, and small businesses, enabling builders to generate production-grade code for enterprise-ready apps, websites, and dashboards. The platform supports Arabic and English prompts and is fully GCC compliant for data security. Unlike many AI tools that focus on early-stage prototypes, Myndlab is built for real-world use, allowing teams to choose their own technology stack and build applications that can be deployed, adapted, and scaled.

The announcement comes as the region accelerates to become a world leader in artificial intelligence. The UAE and Saudi Arabia are investing heavily in infrastructure, talent and innovation, with the UAE aiming for AI to contribute nearly 14% of GDP by 2030 and being ranked as the world’s leading AI hub in the AI Index 2026 report, while Saudi Arabia aims to become one of the world’s top AI economies under Vision 2030.

“Myndlab is part of a larger change taking place in the UAE and across the GCC.” Omar Fareda, Permus Software Hous General Manager said:e. “There’s a strong movement to move faster, build locally, and turn ideas into usable things. What we’ve built reflects that. It’s a platform that follows the speed of idea formation while giving teams the control to really deploy and scale.”

Myndlab is designed to do more than generate individual features. With a single prompt, you can leverage AI app recognition agents to create complete end-to-end feature-enabled applications, whether they’re websites or enterprise web apps. The AI app recognition agent understands what you are trying to build and automatically builds a complete application based on it. As a result, developers and non-technical users alike can go from an idea to a fully functional one within minutes, without having to build ideas incrementally or continually piece together features.

The platform gives users flexibility in how they build, supporting both single-architecture and multi-architecture applications depending on their needs. Developers can also work with their preferred technology stack rather than being tied to a predefined framework. Each output is further shaped by a built-in design agent that recognizes the type of application being created and applies appropriate design patterns to ensure that no two applications have the same look or feel.

“From the beginning, our focus has been on building technology around people, not the other way around.” Bindesh Vijayan, co-founder and CTO of Myndlab, said: “AI should support the way people think and create, not replace it. Our goal is to give users the tools to build faster while still being in control of what they create.”

The platform will launch in a fully proprietary open beta with plans to expand functionality in Q3 and Q4 of 2026 to support more advanced use cases and workflows.
