By 2030, the Middle East is predicted to claim 2% of the global gains from AI, or a staggering US$320 billion, setting the stage for an optimistic future of innovation.

The World Economic Forum predicts that by 2030, technology will transform 1 billion jobs, a third of all jobs worldwide. The WEF further states that traditional sectors will be displaced as demand shifts to emerging technologies such as data analytics, generative AI and software development.

The UAE job market is highly dynamic, with 60% of in-demand jobs requiring technical capabilities and skills in AI, machine learning and automation. Organizations in the UAE are looking for technology talent with more autonomy and independence, and the skills they need in AI and automation.
