There was no additional context or text describing things. More importantly, the video appears to be entirely AI-generated, including Trump himself discussing the program in an oval office. (Arguably one of the biggest giveaways is the ability to stay in the president's script.)
Medbed is a fictional medical device that can do everything from treating asthma to regenerating missing limbs to treating cancer for those who tend to avoid more Qanon-y corners on the internet. The fantasy of all-in-one devices that can cure all your illnesses has a clear appeal, but we believe these are real products stored by Big Pharma from the American people.
Many of the president's followers have admitted that the video is being generated by AI, but it appears they believe Trump is confirming the existence of Medbed. Whatever the purpose of the post, we may never know. The president frequently sends things to the ether and never describes himself. And now, with the video being deleted, the White House will probably try to alienate the entire incident.
