Trumper.ai is an AI platform for creating product videos and documents, and has raised $3 million in seed funding to enhance conversion of screen recordings into professional video.
The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and over 20 angel investors from Fortune 500 companies, including CIOs and CTOs.
The funding supports Trumper's goal of simplifying the way teams create product videos, tutorials, and walkthroughs. Its AI engine creates sophisticated videos with narration, avatars, highlights and multilingual support from a single screen recording.
“Software should be easy to explain, but up until now, making a good product video meant spending hours of editing or thousands of dollars on production,” said Shivali Goyal, CEO and co-founder of Trumper. “We've built Trumper so anyone can turn simple recordings into a sophisticated video that's clear, searchable and ready to expand.”
The team claims that Trumper is already used by over 10,000 teams worldwide across product marketing, training and customer success. Platform AI removes filler words, generates studio-quality narration, adds zoom and subtitles, and includes human-like avatars. It also uses screenshots and summaries to automatically generate step-by-step documents.
“Trupeer is rethinking content creation by turning manuals into a once complex, expensive, and fast, automated, scalable process,” said Madhur Makkar of RTP Global.
Salesforce Ventures took part in the round after Trumper won the Salesforce AI Pitchfield. Backing reflects the growing interest in tools that make product knowledge more accessible and scalable across teams.
Beyond screen recording, Trumpet plans to work on generating videos from documents and integrate with existing platforms such as CRMS and learning tools. The long-term goal is to build a knowledge infrastructure system that allows everyone in your organization to create, share and access workflows and processes.
According to CrunchBase, Trumpeter.ai has a total of three funding rounds, including two previous seed rounds, which took place on May 10, 2023 and August 4, 2024, respectively.
