Integrating Google’s Gemini model with TransUnion’s unique analytical data assets and deep financial services expertise enables rapid domain-specific innovation through new Analytics Orchestrator agents
TransUnion announces AI Analytics Orchestrator Agent, a next-generation capability built on the OneTru™ solution enablement platform. Powered by Google’s Gemini model, the new agent is designed to power advanced analytics within TransUnion’s TruIQ suite of solutions.
AI Analytics Orchestrator Agent accelerates and simplifies advanced credit analysis, making it faster, more transparent, and more accessible for the financial services industry. Already used by in-house data scientists, this agent enables TransUnion to enable differentiated data assets and embedded domain knowledge to deliver deeper insights with fewer resources. As a result, the company will be able to quickly scale its analytics expertise to more customers.
Venkat Achanta, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Data & Analytics, TransUnion. “By leveraging Google Cloud’s advanced AI ecosystem, our agents orchestrate the entire analytics process from prompt to production directly within TruIQ.” It allows you to perform advanced analytics without direct science support. It’s an agent purpose-built to provide auditable, explainable, and controlled analytics.”

AI Analytics Orchestrator Agent = Auditable, Explainable, and Managed Analytics
In the coming months, customers will be able to use the AI Analytics Orchestrator Agent to transform natural language questions into managed, production-ready analytical workflows. This capability enables customers to generate deeper insights and expand self-service analytics while creating new transactional revenue opportunities for TransUnion.
Agents are particularly powerful in supporting auditable, explainable, and managed analytics. It breaks down every prompt into steps, maps those steps into code, and returns that reasoning to the user in plain language. This makes the agent’s internal logic transparent to non-technical users and supports auditability and reliability.
Beyond this transparency, it is integrated with TransUnion’s Enterprise Conversation Data Catalog and Semantic Knowledge Graph metadata layer. In other words, we understand the relationships between trust concepts and how attributes are connected. This enables controlled attribute capture, more precise concept mapping, and stronger explainability across analyses.
“TransUnion’s work shows how organizations can leverage Google Cloud’s AI technology to quickly build domain-specific solutions,” said Rohit Bhat, general manager and managing director of financial services at Google Cloud. “By incorporating our Vertex AI platform and Gemini models into the OneTru platform, TransUnion is creating a transparent, governed, AI-first environment that bridges the gap between complex data science and actionable credit insights.”
TransUnion plans to continue enhancing its technology throughout 2026 by expanding its library of reusable workflows and extending its capabilities across additional markets and use cases.
