TrackIt launches DeepScan AI/ML video content curation tool

Machine Learning

TrackIt, an AWS Media & Entertainment Partner, announced the release of DeepScan, a cutting-edge AI/ML video content curation tool. DeepScan revolutionizes content analysis with advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, providing users with a powerful solution for detecting and managing suggestive material in video and audio content.

The tool leverages the latest AI/ML cloud technology to quickly perform user-defined scans for content such as foul language, graphic images, and nudity. Customizable settings allow users to define search criteria and sensitivity levels to suit their specific needs.

After an analytical scan, a list of events marked for review is generated, and an editor or assistant can evaluate flagged segments and make decisions about removing, keeping, or adding comments via an intuitive web-based interface. You can lower it. Event lists can be exported via XML for integration with popular nonlinear editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Avid Media Composer.

“With so much talk about AI, we are excited to leverage this technology to provide practical tools to help the post-production community,” he said. Brad Winnett, President of TrackIt, said: “Today, media is distributed around the world, and each region has its own standards and practices that must be adhered to. Content should be scanned for potential issues before distribution. But DeepScan provides a way to automate that curation process using AI, saving valuable time and freeing editors to focus on creating content.”

DeepScan runs on AWS infrastructure and offers a cost-effective pay-as-you-go model, allowing users to pay only for the resources they use. It is a web-based application that is easy to install and deployable within an AWS environment, allowing users to start analyzing content within a day with minimal resource allocation. Content is uploaded to his AWS cloud and can be accessed for review from anywhere in the world without downloading media. Event lists are small, easily shareable files that are seamlessly imported into nonlinear editing systems for further review.

DeepScan is an innovative tool that will transform the digital content review process and will soon be available worldwide. DeepScan can be found at NAB Show booth W1072.
