The video shows a group of people visiting the zoo when a child accidentally falls into an elephant enclosure. The elephant then approaches and uses its trunk to lift the child up into the family. The video has been shared and claims it is a real incident.
In its investigation, Vishvas News discovered that the virus claims were fake. Videos are not realistic and are composites created using AI tools.

Facebook user 'News24 Delhi' shared the virus video on August 8, 2025, saying, “The child fell into an elephant enclosure, Gajaraj became an angel, picked up the innocent child in the trunk and handed it to the family.
investigation
To verify the authenticity of the virus claims, we closely analyzed the video and found that the child's body shape and the elephant's feet continue to change unnaturally while the elephant helps the child. This led to suspicions that the video was created using AI.
The video was then analyzed using an AI detection tool. This showed an A93% chance that the video where AI is generated is A93%.
Additionally, I looked up the video using another tool, Matrix.Tencent. This shows the 100% chance that the video will be generated.
This analysis shows that viral videos are not real, but AI is being created. To further validate, we contacted our partner Deepfake Analysis Unit (DAU), an initiative of our partner MCA. The DAU team analyzed the video using other tools. This also confirmed the possibility that AI could be generated.
I used the Invid tool to extract some keyframes from the video and ran them in Google Reverse Image Search. This led me to the same video on a YouTube channel named @Funfact1min, which was uploaded on July 18, 2025. In response to viewers' comments, the channel's admins confirmed that the video was created using AI.
Continuing my research, I looked into the @funfact1min YouTube channel and found a number of similar AI-generated videos.
To make it even more clear, we contacted AI expert Azahar Machawe. Azahar Machawe pointed out that several scenes in the video show the creation of AI. In the final sequence, when the elephant holds the boy, the shape of his feet changes unnaturally. The child's face and body are also distorted, and at one point it appears as if the child is drawn into the elephant's mouth.
Finally, they scanned the accounts of users who shared the video with false claims and discovered that the user had 1.4 million followers.
