Sophie Warner, co-owner of a digital marketing agency, shared a similar experience, noting that clients first use ChatGPT for issues.
“Previously, clients will send us a message if they have issues with their site or want to introduce new features,” Warner said. “Now they're going to chat first.”
She said a client using ChatGpt for its website code reported an issue. These include sites that may crash or are vulnerable to hackers. She revealed that such a move would cost one of her clients £360 (Rs 42,000) and a three-day disruption in service. BBC Reports have been added.
