In recent years, Wharton’s Human AI Research Department has been asking business leaders about their adoption of generative AI. Latest research: Almost 75% of companies see positive ROI from their AI projects.

The study also revealed which enterprise AI tools are used the most and which are used least.

I’m surprised that Anthropic’s Claude is so low here. This AI startup is set to disrupt AI adoption in enterprises.

I was also surprised to see that OpenAI’s ChatGPT was used much more.

Microsoft’s Copilot clearly outperforms Google. That’s probably because Copilot is built into Microsoft’s business software used by many companies. The old Windows monopoly is still paying dividends.
