Tevogen.AI reports progress on PredicTcell™ beta,

Machine Learning

WARREN, N.J., March 13, 2026 (Globe Newswire) — Tevogen (“Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc.” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: TVGN) today announced performance improvements to its artificial intelligence platform operated through Tevogen.AI.

Tevogen.AI was built to solve a critical challenge in drug development: identifying the biological targets most likely to benefit patients before entering costly clinical trials.

Over the past year, the company has built a proprietary database of more than 655 million peptide sequences derived from approximately 24 million proteins. This represents nearly 16 billion data points across multiple disease areas. This database is continuously enriched using analysis of 37 million scientific publications.

Improving prediction accuracy

In a recent beta test of the PredicTcell™ model, Tevogen reported:

  • Recall improved from 87% to 92% (model is finding more good targets)
  • Accuracy increased from 40% to 48% (less inaccurate predictions)
  • Improved overall accuracy score
  • Increase in true positives and decrease in missed targets
  • Significantly increased training sample size

These results allow for improved models that identify which immune targets are likely to be successful. The current version, trained on 1.8 million data points, is nearly 20 times more robust than the initial model, reflecting rapid scale and learning acceleration.

Today’s drug development relies heavily on trial and error, and by improving target prediction prior to clinical trials, Tevogen aims to:

  • Reduce time to market
  • Reduce development costs
  • Increase the probability of clinical success
  • Increase the value of patent-protected products

This development is based on an international patent application (WO 2025/129197) published by Tevogen.AI, which outlines a novel machine learning system for predicting immunologically active peptides, a key step in the development of targeted therapies for cancer and infectious diseases.

Production AI agents and continuous learning

Tevogen.AI currently operates three production AI agents:

  1. Continuous evaluation of 14 active peptide candidates
  2. Monitor newly published scientific literature
  3. Integrate wet lab results into AI systems

This creates a continuous learning loop between AI predictions and biological validation to enhance future performance.

Next steps and partnership strategy

As prediction accuracy continues to improve, Tevogen intends to explore partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to advance the production and development of selected peptide candidates.

Mittul Mehta, CIO and Head of Tevogen.AI, said, “Our goal is to reduce trial and error in immunotherapy design and ultimately predict the proteome for any combination of proteins and HLA types. As the quality of predictions improves, we believe we can meaningfully increase success rates while reducing development risk. That combination has the potential to create significant value over the long term.”

About Tevogen

Tevogen is a socially integrated healthcare company built on the principles of affordability, efficiency and scientific rigor. The company leverages artificial intelligence and precision T-cell therapy platforms, a patient-first, cost-disciplined operating model, and collaborations with global technology leaders to support the development of advanced life-saving treatments across multiple therapeutic areas and scalable solutions for the broader health system.

The company’s flagship initiative, Tevogen Bio, has completed a proof-of-concept clinical trial demonstrating the potential of single-HLA-restricted, genetically unmodified, allogeneic T cells. Tevogen Bio’s pipeline spans virology, oncology and neurology, and its programs are built on the company’s proprietary ExacTcell™ platform.

Tevogen.AI is designed to transform drug development by accelerating target detection, reducing failure rates, and supporting optimized clinical trial design through proprietary predictive technology. The platform leverages cloud and data services from leading technology providers such as Microsoft and Databricks to advance the long-term goal of predicting the proteome of specific protein and HLA combinations, enabling rapid and cost-effective treatment discovery.

Tevogen is exploring future strategic initiatives including domestic generic drugs, biosimilars, medical devices, and innovative insurance solutions for healthcare providers. Together, these programs reflect Tevogen’s mission to drive sustainable innovation and expand patient access through faster, more efficient and more equitable care models.
