Over the next five years, the two companies will work closely together from reinvention strategy to deployment and long-term implementation to support the company’s efforts to transform TEPCO Solution Advance from traditional labor-intensive operations to AI-driven business services. In collaboration with Accenture, TEPCO Solution Advance aims to establish a strong business foundation that can optimize cost structures and create value autonomously through increased transparency, productivity and continuous improvement. This initiative is structured around three core pillars:

This includes close collaboration with the group IT organization to define enterprise-wide requirements and track progress.
  2. Operational transparency and productivity reforms – The partnership will focus on providing end-to-end visibility into operations, identifying efficiency measures, designing future-state processes, and executing transformation roadmaps.
  3. Enabling governance and execution – Both companies will establish robust governance and change management programs and continuously monitor progress and results through steering committees and governance forums to maintain momentum, build skills, and drive measurable results.
