TCS partners with ServiceNow to accelerate enterprise AI adoption at scale

Domestic IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a multi-year partnership to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption across businesses and sectors. Companies are increasingly seeking professionals who can reimagine how AI transforms work, especially in back-office functions such as human resources, finance, supply chain, procurement, and employee services. As part of this partnership, TCS will develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform that use trusted AI and a unified governance model to make enterprise workflows more efficient, proactive, and insight-driven. These solutions are delivered through TCS’ AI-driven autonomous global business solutions portfolio. The new service breaks down silos between corporate functions and lines of business, uses agent AI to transform the flow of work, and enables clients to gain a holistic, insight-driven view of their organization. For example, HR operations may move from fragmented services to an integrated, experiential hiring-to-retirement lifecycle that improves employee productivity, engagement, and retention. Additionally, customer order processing can transform from a slow, multi-step order cycle to a fast revenue engine that improves cash flow and revenue predictability and frees up capital for growth.TCS is currently the largest user of ServiceNow’s IT asset management, with a three-month rollout of the service to thousands of devices used by TCS employees. This not only validates the partnership, but also underlines the strong foundations that underpin the reliability of the solutions that both organizations aim to provide to their clients. The companies will also invest in joint innovation labs, solution showcases and integrated go-to-market programs for customers.
