In a survey by recruitment agency Barona, one-third of respondents said they use artificial intelligence at work every week.
According to a study by recruitment and HR company Barona, only 32% of Finnish people use artificial intelligence (AI) in their work every week.
Meanwhile, two in five respondents said they would never use AI tools at work.
The study also found that men are more likely than women to use AI at work, with 36% of male respondents saying they use AI weekly, compared to just 27% of women.
Younger people were also found to be more likely to use AI, but only by a small percentage, with 35 percent of respondents under 30 saying they use AI weekly, and 33 percent of respondents over 60 saying the same.
Those who actually use AI at work say it helps them find answers to specific questions, create text, and solve problems.
Overall, almost half (49%) of respondents said they had a positive attitude towards the use of artificial intelligence at work.
Varona's latest work life survey also found that 34% of Finns are currently considering changing jobs, down from 38% a few years ago.
The company interviewed a total of 2,052 employed people from November to December 2025 when compiling the survey.
