Salesforce on Thursday rolled out Slack AI, which uses enterprise conversation data to help users work faster and smarter, to all paying customers with expanded language support.
Slack AI is currently available in English, Spanish, and Japanese, with additional language support coming soon. The company says Slack Pro and Business+ plans cost $10 per user per month.
“From large enterprises to small businesses, our customers use Slack AI to prioritize exactly what they want to know, when they need to know it,” the company said.
Slack AI also added a new Recap feature that delivers a daily morning digest with summaries of channels users want to follow but can't watch right away.
Other features include Find Answers, which provides personalized and intelligent responses to conversation questions, and Conversation Recap, which generates highlights from accessible channels and threads. It will be.
