Sheryl Crow slams Drake for using AI-generated Tupac Shaq vocals in Kendrick Lamar diss track

Sheryl Crow recently slammed Drake for using AI-generated Tupac Shakur vocals in a song dissing Kendrick Lamar.

In a new interview BBCCheryl strongly criticized Drake, saying, “It's impossible to bring the dead back to life and trust that they would live through it.”

Drake released the song in early April. Taylormade Freestyle This was aimed at both Taylor Swift and Kendrick.

Cheryl added: “I'm sure Drake thought, 'Oh I shouldn't have done that, but I'll apologise later' but he's done it and even if he deletes it, people are going to find it.”

“It's hateful,” she continued.

Cheryl added: “It goes against the life force that exists within all of us.”

For those unaware, Drake has been feuding with rapper Kendrick for years, after the latter slammed Drake and fellow rap rival J. Cole in a song back in March. Such thatit claims not to represent the genre's “big three,” but simply to be a “big me.”

Meanwhile, Cheryl quoted Stephen Hawking in a statement at the time of the song's release.

“As a mother, I want to leave my children with a better world, a healthier planet,” she said.

Cheryl adds: “Will AI be a benevolent partner in these goals? It's an unsettling feeling, and one that this song addresses.”
