Day 2 Overview (00:49)
The second day of the ServiceNow conference featured some of the biggest names in the technology industry. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella participated in the keynote speech, albeit via video. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang attended in person. Actress Viola Davis, who participated in the Women in Technology track, also attended and shared her own personal story. Actor and director Dan Levy is also scheduled to participate on the third day.
Tom points out that if a company can get a CEO of this caliber to attend a conference, it's a strong indicator of where the company stands in the industry today.
In his Day 1 recap, Tom talked about the growing partnership between ServiceNow and Microsoft to integrate Copilot technology. Day 2 provided a real-world use case of how it works and what end users can do with it. One of his use cases is to provide an overview of what happened while Copilot was away from the office and provide a list of action items accordingly.
Expanding partnerships (04:00)
The results of the Microsoft and ServiceNow partnership show how the partnership is evolving. When these companies work together, Bob explains, new possibilities are unlocked around what customers can do. It's not so much about vendors honing their capabilities to sell more widely; it's about customers getting power that was unthinkable just a few years ago.

The premise of optimism is a key theme of the conference. Customers are reporting great results through the strength of ServiceNow technology. JPMorgan Chase executives said in their keynote speech that ServiceNow has enabled the company to onboard 80,000 new employees annually. We emphasized how beneficial this technology platform can be to do that efficiently.
NVIDIA's Jensen Huang calls ServiceNow “our operating system.” This is a pretty compelling value proposition, especially given NVIDIA's rapid growth.
