As Senior Analyst, KM & SCI – Healthcare Technologies you’ll oversee and maintain various data platforms, ensure AI/ML and NLP-based techniques are used to gather competitive intelligence information, externally and throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities include collecting relevant information and landscapes from different teams, managing conference insights, developing, and maintaining a knowledge management system as well as ensuring continuous improvement of competitive intelligence capabilities to achieve near-/long-term goals in automation and use of AI/ML. By delivering impactful insights, you’ll play a vital role in advancing Organization’s healthcare innovation and growth strategy. Additionally, you’ll provide expert insights and analysis to senior leadership, and support portfolio reviews by developing KPI dashboards.
Who you are:
- MSc, PhD or Pharma degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in a competitive intelligence, knowledge management or related role in the healthcare industry
- Solid knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to deliver against given timelines
- Ability to efficiently use analytical tools from third party providers.
- Experiences in ML/AI techniques is a plus
