At SAP Sapphire in June, we announced further product enhancements that deliver generative AI capabilities and save you time and money. Here are some of them:
- New generative AI capabilities in SAP Fieldglass solutions help procurement departments streamline external workforce recruitment. Hiring managers can create and maintain effective job descriptions, and project managers can[AI で強化]Detailed statements of work (SOWs) can be delivered faster with the push of a button, enabling companies to quickly identify and hire contractors with the right skills and qualifications.
- Business owners and sales executives can now leverage new generative AI capabilities in SAP Business Network to consistently generate accurate and timely RFI responses to potential buyers, increasing lead conversion rates by 2-4x* and reducing the effort required to fulfill requests by up to 75%*.
- SAP's generative AI copilot, Joule, can quickly classify and contextualize data from multiple systems to drive automation and improve decision-making. The technology is expanding across SAP's portfolio and will be embedded in SAP Ariba solutions by the end of 2024 to help improve procurement processes and supply chain planning.

Record-breaking Fourth of July travelNumber With a US holiday weekend approaching, we couldn't resist mentioning the launch of Amtrak for Concur TripLink. Launched in April, the service allows connected customers to book tickets directly on Amtrak's website or mobile app, select the Business Booking Pass, and see the company's negotiated rates while they browse. With air ticket prices soaring and more legroom, you're going to be flying Amtrak for your next client meeting.

We could talk all day about how our customers are succeeding with SAP Spend Management and Business Networking solutions, but the following customer stories speak for themselves.
- As a global leader in autonomous mobility with business divisions in robotaxis, robotracks, and personally owned vehicles, Pony.ai needed to keep up with growing demand. After implementing SAP Business Network and SAP Ariba solutions, procurement cycle times were reduced by an average of one week, and the supplier qualification process became three times faster.
- With the introduction of Japan's Electronic Bookkeeping Act, logistics real estate company CRE Inc. saw an opportunity to digitize its expense reimbursement process and comply with the new regulations at the same time. The company chose Concur Expense to automate processes and eliminate manual workflows, and now spends 80% less time on expense reimbursement processes.
- Accenture turned to SAP Fieldglass solutions because they wanted to gain deeper insight into their service-based spending activities and align procurement with their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. With rich data on how suppliers are fulfilling their contracts, Accenture can now effectively attribute service spend to individual contracts.
