Chennai-Headquarted Impacterers launched a Talent (B2T) platform from AI-powered companies with the aim of filling the gap between education and employment potential. The company aims to help 10 million companies discover career clarity, purpose and growth over the next 24 months and support 1 million companies with talent ready for the future. “We invested about $3.5 million,” said Sanjeev Korada, chief strategy officer at Impacteers.
The team explained that unlike traditional recruitment committees that simply match resumes to roles, impactful people get miles deeper – not just about work, but about helping individuals find their true calling. Supported by over two years of R&D, over 125 engineers and cutting-edge AI, Impacterers connects businesses with not only talent but purpose-oriented individuals.
Data shared by Infcerteers in India shows that over 85% of the workforce is lacking or inconsistent with roles that do not match their skills or objectives. Globally, over 300 million professionals live in career dissatisfaction. Another 1.2 billion young people are entering a job market that is being reshaped by AI at a fierce speed.
Impact founder Krishna Jawaj said 12-12 million graduates are produced each year. “Only 51% of graduates are considered employed upon graduation. Approximately 8.25% of graduates work in jobs that fit their qualification levels. He also reports that 42% of Indian graduates under the age of 25 remain unemployed, and 80% of Indian employers report that it is difficult to find the right talent,” he added. The company has two AI products: Xooper and Glueblu.
