President Sheikh Mohammed met with Elon Musk in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.

According to WAM News, the two discussed the latest developments in advanced technology and artificial intelligence. They also emphasized the importance of partnership, cooperation and knowledge exchange.

The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, National Security Adviser, Chairman of the Council for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technologies, and other senior officials.

Earlier on Sunday, Sheikh Hamdan shared a photo of himself showing Elon Musk around Dubai's tourist attractions.

A series of images posted on Instagram show the two men meeting, and the final photo shows Sheikh Hamdan driving the Tesla chief executive around Dubai.

“I really enjoyed the multi-faceted discussion about space, technology and humanity with Elon Musk. I can't wait to see what the future holds,” Sheikh Hamdan wrote.

According to the Dubai Media Office, the meeting was held in Nad Al Sheba. Discussions centered around a sustainable development vision that overcomes diverse challenges and shapes a better future characterized by universal progress and prosperity.

The discussion also touched on other key factors that have made the UAE and Dubai a leading destination for technology and innovation.

Sheikh Hamdan said the UAE and Dubai continue to inspire innovation, while Musk praised the UAE's forward-looking vision and major technological advances.

Classification of skills

Workers are classified as skilled by MOHRE based on the nine levels listed in the International Standard Occupational Classification (ISCO) published by the International Labor Organization.

Skilled workers are those at professional levels (Levels 1-5), including managers, specialists, technicians and paraprofessionals, administrative support personnel, and service and sales personnel.

Workers must also have a secondary or higher education certificate or equivalent qualification and earn a monthly salary of at least Dh4,000.
