As president and CEO of Symcor from 2010 to 2024, Chameli Naraine led a drastic digital transformation, repositioning the organization as an agile, digital first powerhouse. Under her leadership, Symcor has made Canada one of the leading providers of secure business process outsourcing and technology services for key sectors such as financial services, communications and utilities. Her emphasis on strategic foresight and cultural change solidified her legacy as one of the most influential figures in Canada's fintech.
