PanGIA Biotech releases peer-reviewed study on diagnostics showing 97.8% sensitivity in detecting prostate cancer using urine-based liquid biopsy powered by machine learning

The study was based on PanGIA’s GH-215 clinical program and evaluated 283 participants across 26 urology facilities in the United States. results shown 97.8% sensitivity across all Gleason grades and Specificity for high-grade cancer is 97.3%the AUC was 0.91 and consistent performance was observed through cross-validation. This study also highlights the potential of urine-based liquid biopsy to reduce unnecessary surgical biopsies and support earlier and more informed clinical decision-making.
These findings demonstrate that prostate cancer can be detected by urine-based liquid biopsy, using machine learning to interpret patterns of biomolecular signatures derived from metabolites and other biochemical signals in urine across the disease spectrum.
This result builds on PanGIA’s previous peer-reviewed research and further positions PAS as a platform that can detect disease through pattern-based analysis, rather than relying on a single biomarker.
