Oracle announced that Palantir's Foundry Platform and Artificial Intelligence Platform are now certified on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and generally available for its distributed cloud deployment options. Oracle's distributed cloud, AI infrastructure, and sovereign AI capabilities, combined with Palantir's AI and decision acceleration platform, will help enterprises and government agencies accelerate their AI initiatives.
In addition to OCI's distributed cloud services, including public cloud regions, Palantir's Foundry and AIP will be available across OCI dedicated regions, Alloy, Government Cloud, Roving Edge, and Oracle's air-gapped regions for defense and intelligence customers.
Deployed on OCI, Foundry and AIP can provide businesses with the benefits of OCI's flexible computing infrastructure, which helps improve efficiency, performance and security, according to a press release from the companies.
“Together with Oracle, we are helping customers around the world take advantage of the latest innovations in cloud computing and AI while meeting their regulatory, performance and security needs,” said Palantir executive Josh Harris.
Oracle said OCI's sovereign cloud services will enable businesses to meet regulatory, security and performance requirements while realizing the benefits of cloud and AI.
“Oracle's powerful, flexible cloud infrastructure, combined with Palantir's decision acceleration platform, enables customers to rapidly scale AI capabilities across their operations, empowering them to get the most out of their data while meeting sovereignty and security standards,” said Rand Waldron, vice president at Oracle.
