Canada-based vegan fast food restaurant Odd Burger has signed a letter of intent to acquire Zoglo’s, a leader in the plant-based consumer goods industry, according to a press release.
Zoglo’s products can be found at major retailers such as Walmart Canada, Metro, Food Basics, Sobeys, IGA and FreshCo. The company makes non-GMO, plant-based burgers, sausages, hot dog meatballs, chicken, and more.
With the merger, Odd Burger will launch several of its own branded products.
