Samsung has released a new video featuring the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo. The company has put out a four-minute long video of the AI-powered vacuum on its YouTube channel, and it's a good thing. Those unfamiliar with Samsung's walking robot vacuums will be amazed at just how smart these little machines are.

A new film that Samsung is calling the “Bespoke Jet Bot AI Introduction Film” seeks to showcase the experience of living with one of the company's smart vacuums. And that might be the best way to describe Jet Bot's impressive features so far.

The range of tasks the Jet Bot AI can perform is impressive

As you can see in the official video below, Samsung's Bespoke Jet Bot AI is much more than just a mobile robot equipped with cameras and LiDAR to detect objects and clean their surroundings – in fact, it has many more automation features beyond just navigation and object detection, which are also key components that seem to work very well.

Jet Bot AI can not only vacuum, but also mop and steam your floors depending on the type of dirt it detects. It can automatically adjust to hard floors and rugs. It even knows when to dump the dirt at the Jet Bot Station and will wash and clean the pad once it arrives at the station. The station has its own cleaning compartment and is just as smart as the vacuum itself.

Much of this apparent intelligence is achieved through Samsung's extensive use of AI, which allows Jet Bot to identify different floor types and cleaning surfaces, as well as use versatile object recognition.

Of course, another key element of the Jet Bot experience is SmartThings, a mobile app that allows users to remotely control and monitor their vacuum. Through the SmartThings app, Jet Bot can also let users know if their dog is barking, and users can even ask the vacuum to play soothing music or turn on the TV for their pet.

Samsung's Bespoke products seem to have reached a level where they are much more than the sum of their components – they're becoming part of a powerful product ecosystem, and for mobile users, it's all brought together through the SmartThigns app.
