Claude, a generative AI assistant owned by AI safety and research company Anthropic, recently announced Claude for Small Business, which is designed to allow businesses to use the Claude platform directly within the software they already use.
Launched last week, Claude for Small Business was released with a focus on “Agent Workflow.” This includes finance, sales, marketing, Human resources (HR)and daily business operations.

Within the Claude Cowork platform, users simply connect the apps they want to use, select a workflow, and Claude prepares the action for approval before submitting or changing anything.
