After being announced last October during the game's eventful 10th anniversary, it was released on the new retrospective video on the development and legacy of aliens: AI and Games YouTube channels. This nearly two-hour video, a project by Dr. Tommy Thompson, interviews many game developers involved in creating the title.
The discussion chronicles the games from its early pitching phase to its lasting impact and legacy on the franchise. Some of the developers include Creative Director Alastair Hope, animation programmer Tobias Kleanthous, animator Simon Ridge and Designer Christiaan Jones.

This is not the first video for AI and Games Alien: Isolation, as episodes #15 and #50 incorporate deep dives into the AI systems being played in the game.
