Many B2B companies take a day or more to respond to demo requests. Naoma reduces this latency to about 10 seconds. The company’s AI agent uses audio and video to guide users through live demos, answer questions, and gather insights about the company’s CRM.

Today, Naoma secured $440,000 in pre-seed funding to launch an AI video reseller. The tool instantly provides personalized product demos without the need for a human representative.

ULTRA.VC led the investment round, with participation from Sparkle Ventures and several angel investors. The funding will help Naoma develop its technology and acquire new customers.

Dmitry Zakharov co-founded Naoma with Dima Ivanouski, bringing experience in AI, automation, and enterprise sales. He founded the company after realizing that potential buyers often lost interest before the sales team got in touch.

Dmitry Zakharov, CEO and co-founder of Naoma, told TFN: “The primary motivation for starting Naoma came from co-founder Dima Ivanouski’s first-hand pain living in the fast-paced SaaS sales landscape. Dmitry was SMB sales director at PandaDoc, and his team sold to small customers with strong demand but low annual contract value (ACV). Over time, human-driven demos became too expensive to maintain, so PandaDoc This segment has become fully self-service, lowering costs but lowering conversions, deal size, and retention rates, and making it harder to “experience” the product without an agent.

“We launched Naoma to solve that very gap: provide every prospect with an instant, personalized demo experience without increasing headcount. We believe this is the future of product-led sales,” Zakharov added.

Naoma’s platform blends conversational AI with interactive video, so every demo adapts to your audience in real-time. Some highlights include an AI video agent as a presenter and guide, voice interaction in multiple languages, demo flows that change based on user input, and seamless integration with websites, landing pages, and even email.

Unlike Navattic, Reprise, and Walnut, Naoma offers AI-driven live video demos rather than pre-recorded tours or static walkthroughs.

Regarding diversity, Zakharov added, “We are a small team of six people, including three co-founders, two engineers, and Anna from HRD.”

With new funding, Naoma is expanding its engineering team, enhancing the realism of its AI avatars, and launching a pilot program with a B2B software company. The company is also improving the integration of its CRM and marketing tools to streamline the transition from demo to deal.

Zakharov concluded, “Over the next three to five years, our goal is to redefine B2B product sales by making personalized, live demos instantly available to every prospect. We believe that within four to five years, Naoma will be able to run millions of demo sessions per year, becoming the always-on layer in the modern SaaS buying process.”
