Applications of AI

This Egyptian entrepreneur recognizes the need for structured learning in the AI boom and is developing a systematic way to integrate artificial intelligence tools into everyday workflows.

Nabil Khalifa, an Egyptian entrepreneur based between Chicago and Cairo, is the co-founder and CEO of Meska AI, a 2024 startup that aims to make artificial intelligence available to individuals and organizations. Training is at the core of our activities. In addition to online and in-person classes, the company hosts events and retreats that combine learning and networking.

Meska AI also advises organizations on how to build an AI strategy, choose the right tools, and set internal rules for their use.

Outside of Meska AI, Khalifa is an investment director for ZeroCarb LYFE, a U.S. restaurant business. He is also the co-founder and CEO of the fashion company Sigma Fit. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2015 with Menidy, an e-commerce platform for Egyptian handicrafts, and continued in 2016 with Hive Analytics, a performance marketing agency.

Khalifa graduated from the Egyptian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and Technology in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as a measurement engineer for drilling operations at Schlumberger, an American energy technology company.
