Singapore-based startup Multipole AI has launched AIMSOO, a free platform designed to help find small and medium-sized businesses through AI-driven search.
AIMSOO targets the rapidly growing AI search and discovery market. Instead of using traditional web searches, consumers are increasingly turning to chatbots and assistants for recommendations. Multipole AI positions this as a way for small businesses to avoid being overlooked by systems that often rely on better-documented signals from larger brands.
AIMSOO was built by a team of three people based in Asia, including two former Google employees. The founders are Martin Bertilsson, Paul Huynh and Jin Pei Ng. The team is based in Singapore and targets small and medium-sized businesses around the world.
Businesses use AIMSOO by entering information about themselves, and the platform transforms that information into an “AI-enabled” profile. Businesses don’t have to write any code or even have a website, and their listings are verified before being published.
Multipole AI frames the product as addressing the visibility gap. Many AI tools don’t always surface small businesses when users request local services, niche suppliers, or B2B providers. This can limit customer choice and reduce leads for small businesses, especially as discovery moves from the open web to a chat-style interface.
They link this change to the growth of online commerce, which is predicted to reach US$65 trillion by 2030. It argues that discovery and trading are increasingly happening within AI-powered interfaces.
Bartilsson said in a statement that it is no longer possible to reach a fully digital audience by relying on a small number of traditional channels.
“With more than 1 billion customers worldwide using tools other than Google and Facebook, it’s no longer enough to list your business to them. Small businesses are losing customers who get substandard information from AI tools and searches. AIMSOO solves these three problems with a simple, free, and fast solution. AI Visibility is essential to business success as new versions of the commercial Internet emerge, and this is a critical element needed by all businesses, including small and medium-sized businesses, which are the backbone of every business’ economy. ” said Martin Bertilsson, CEO of Multipole AI.

AIMSOO is built around structured business data and continuous updates. Multipole AI describes it as a live data platform. This means that once a company updates their details, the information is distributed across various AI and detection services. They also point to the problem of “last-mile data,” where real-world business information changes frequently but isn’t immediately reflected across the services people use.
Multipole AI says AIMSOO’s data can be ingested by leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini, and Perplexity. It also names Anthropic’s Claude, xAI’s Grok, Microsoft’s Copilot, and Deepseek as recipients of this information, but details about commercial relationships or technical integrations were not disclosed.
For small businesses with their own websites, AIMSOO also includes analytics and tools aimed at improving visibility in AI search. Multipole AI refers to AEO and GEO. These are industry terms for adapting online content to answer engines and generative search experiences.
