Kevin Love-Hughes joins the team and will focus on supporting organizations across the financial services sector, including insurance, lending and credit, accounting, wealth and investments, payroll, and fintech. He will work closely with businesses to help them transform their customer conversations by combining Moneypenny’s award-winning human services with AI receptionists.
Kevin brings significant experience to Moneypenny, having previously served as EMEA Sales Director at RPost.
Casey Lewis will lead business development across the automotive sector, working with dealers, fleet operators and EV-focused companies. He supports organizations in improving the customer experience through intelligent communication solutions such as Moneypenny’s AI Receptionist, helping businesses improve responsiveness, efficiency, and brand reputation.
Jesper With-Fogstrup, Group CEO of Moneypenny, said:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Kevin and Casey to Moneypenny at an exciting time for business. As customer expectations continue to evolve, businesses are increasingly seeking solutions that combine the best of human interaction with the scalability of AI.”
“Our AI receptionist is a key part of that service, enabling businesses to deliver consistent, high-quality customer conversations every time, while freeing up internal teams to focus on higher-value work. Kevin and Casey will play a key role in helping organizations unlock their potential across their respective sectors.”
Casey joins Moneypenny from Axis Talent, where she partnered with organizations in the technology, space and defense sectors to manage and grow customer accounts in the UK, Europe and the US. His experience spans account management, business development and end-to-end recruitment, working closely with senior stakeholders on recruitment strategy, implementation and workforce planning.
