Minvar Politika published a third video purportedly showing former International Criminal Court prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo discussing the use of artificial intelligence in projects related to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
The latest documents add a new technical layer to the media’s previous claims about a wide-ranging campaign involving pressure on financial aid linked to Azerbaijan, European political channels, Armenian lobbying networks, and the Russian and Armenian business communities.
In the video, Ocampo is quoted as saying that the next step is to use artificial intelligence to organize works on the platform. He mentioned collaboration with the Department of Physics at the University of São Paulo and said he had discussed the project with officials from AI-related companies.
Ocampo is said to have described what he calls the “Armenia Project” as a pilot for a company that uses artificial intelligence.
In another part of the video, Ocampo said he is collaborating with Brazilian physicists and that the project uses modern physics and artificial intelligence to model “world order and world disorder.” He also said Brazil was funding the research and that supercomputers were involved.
According to the video, the project initially focused on world order, but then moved on to genocide and then “Nagorno-Karabakh.” Ocampo is quoted as saying that the focus shifted because he had “a lot of information.”
He also described the research as an academic achievement and said he was creating a transnational company that could turn the information produced into material that would reach politicians, policy makers, mainstream media, social media and other academics.
Asked if he was developing programs that use artificial intelligence, Ocampo reportedly replied, “Yes, yes.”
Minval Politika presents the footage as evidence that Ocampo was using AI, media visibility, expert circles, and political access to turn an academic project into a mechanism for broader influence.
The media claims the material shows an attempt to package information and political messages in an academic format and amplify them through technology and international networks.
The latest footage follows an earlier report by Minvar Politika that claimed Mr Ocampo discussed ways to increase legal and political pressure on Azerbaijan through European institutions, including the European Parliament, and how to increase pressure on European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
In these early reports, Minvar Politika also claimed that Ocampo mentioned connections including Josep Borrell’s circle, an Armenian lobbying network, and financial support from Armenian and Russian-Armenian sources.
The paper further claimed that the alleged campaign was not limited to Azerbaijan. The newspaper said another video involving Ocampo’s son, Tomas Moreno Ocampo, included comments about Armenia’s internal affairs and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Minval Politika said it had sent a formal request to European institutions, including the European Parliament, asking whether they would investigate possible links between Ocampo and European organizations and Borrell’s circle. The store said it has not yet received a response and plans to send a follow-up request.
The outlet also linked the alleged financial network to an Armenian businessman with ties to Russia, naming Samber Karapetyan and Ruben Vardanyan among those potentially linked to broader efforts against Azerbaijan.
Minval Politika said the video was genuine and had not been altered by artificial intelligence.
AnewZ has not independently verified any footage or claims.
For now, the latest material changes the matter further.
It’s no longer just lobbying and legal pressure.
There are also questions about whether artificial intelligence, academic platforms, and media networks were being explored as tools of political influence.
