New Delhi: Global technology and sports content company Minute Media has acquired Videoverse, behind Magnifi, an AI-driven SaaS technology platform. Magnifi allows content owners and rights owners to automatically detect key moments, create highlights in real time, and efficiently distribute short form video content.

The acquisition adds one year of sports technology and content to Minute Media's portfolio, enhancing its offering for rights holders, leagues, teams, publishers and marketers. With the video over, Minute Media will offer fully integrated creation, distribution and monetization solutions, expanding partnerships with top teams, leagues and federals around the world. Existing Magnifi clients can leverage Minute Media's distribution and monetization capabilities to enhance the ROI of their video assets.

In fast-paced sports arenas, Magnifice allows partners to quickly deliver highlights to fans of the platform using AI technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning to analyze visual and audio cues. The platform incorporates Genai features, including multilingual subtitles, automatic thumbnails, metadata generation, and a dynamic rules-based engine that automates end-to-end video processing. It serves as a comprehensive editing workspace for your content team.
