The session list for Microsoft’s Build developer conference has been published, and perhaps unsurprisingly, it’s revealed that Microsoft plans to talk a lot more about its AI efforts. (opens in new tab) Available for a variety of products and services, including Microsoft 365 and Windows.
The conference opens with a keynote address by Satya Nadella (opens in new tab)Get an overview of the company’s AI plans and how developers can leverage AI models to power their own apps and services with Microsoft Graph and more.
CVP Panos Panay and EVP Rajesh Jha will lead the session, with additional breakout sessions delving further (opens in new tab) Learn more about how developers can harness the power of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Microsoft Graph to develop the next generation of AI applications.
There is also an announcement about the ONNX Runtime (opens in new tab), along with related tools that help developers integrate AI models into Windows apps. Microsoft makes it easy to get an overview of your developer workstation with the new “Dev Home” app.
There will also be a dedicated session by EVP Scott Guthrie who will dive deep into the next generation of AI innovations. (opens in new tab)For developers through services such as Github Copilot, Azure OpenAI services, Microsoft cloud platform.
