MasterClass Executive is not a traditional program with built-in AI. It was built from day one as an AI-native learning system in collaboration with OpenAI. The program acts as a personal AI tutor for every enrollee, wherever they are, adapting in real time to each participant’s pace, role, and performance, maintaining Booth’s high academic standards.
Results: Consistent with other studies, over 60% faster learning outcomes than traditional approaches and the highest learner satisfaction scores across all modalities tested (according to the Masterclass study).

All subject matter reflects the realities of today’s business, including current tools, modern challenges, and real-world situations that evolve with the market and often beyond academic schedules. The curriculum is tailored to each participant’s role and team and is built for immediate application. Attendees will use AI-powered analytics to uncover new revenue opportunities, analyze divisional P&Ls, pressure test growth strategies, and learn through case studies from leaders at some of the world’s largest companies who are supporting this initiative. The program is designed to evaluate each participant against explicit performance criteria and create measurable competency. As part of the program, MasterClass will offer registrants the opportunity to earn an OpenAI certification.
