Bellevue University's College of Engineering, Technology and Management has launched an essential program for AI for Business for Business, designed to provide anyone, from beginners to experts, who is a practical start from artificial intelligence in the workplace.
“The certificate is for those looking for practical ways to understand how it works, especially for those just getting started,” said Dr. Matt Davis, dean of the university. “AI is now part of almost every business, and laying the foundations is essential to staying competitive.”
Program students explore:
- Partnering with Generator AI to increase personal and workplace productivity
- Fast engineering, refine your ideas, and create high-quality results
- Pros and cons of different generation AI models
- Ethical and safe use of AI generated in the workplace
Designed for busy professionals, this certificate consists of two six-week four credit courses in which students create AI accounts, manipulate large language models, and apply AI tools to real business scenarios.
“Certifications like this are the best ways to get started because they don't require long-term commitments,” said Kent Burkholder, dean of the university. “They provide the skills they need to apply generated AI in all areas, helping them stay competitive and promote their careers.”
The Bellevue University Certificate of Completion is a short program taught by industry experts. They are designed to help professionals acquire technical skills and continue to be associated with the changing workforce.
