ATLANTA, April 17, 2024 (Globe Newswire) — The Mark Cuban Foundation has partnered with Perficient to bring the only artificial intelligence (AI) camp of its kind to high school students in Atlanta, free of charge. With a custom and relevant curriculum focused on teaching students about the latest developments in the world of AI and generative AI, this camp provides students with the tools to take advantage of these technologies and help them: We are committed to educating, inspiring and promoting generations of talent. These AI bootcamps are introductory and open to students in grades 9-12 who are interested in technology. Students do not need any knowledge of computer science or programming to participate. Over three half-days, students will learn what AI is, what it is not, where they already interact with AI in their lives, the ethical implications of AI systems, and more. Students will also learn how to leverage ChatGPT through customized input and build their own AI applications using Microsoft's cloud computing tools.
