To help job seekers keep up with the changing times, LinkedIn has introduced a suite of artificial intelligence (AI) features for its premium members. Premium members of the professional networking platform can use AI features to explore career opportunities, review applications, customize cover letters based on job requirements, and more. Additionally, LinkedIn also offers AI-powered expert advice.
The above features are in addition to the AI-powered Professional Guide introduced last year, which LinkedIn said helps users attract more customers, master key skills, address business questions, and summarize posts in their LinkedIn feed.

Users can now ask LinkedIn to find jobs for them using simple voice prompts. Additionally, LinkedIn will review your applications and resumes in seconds to help you stand out in job listings. According to LinkedIn, users who request the review service will receive instant feedback and personalized suggestions tailored to their specific job posting. Additionally, job seekers can simplify their job search with LinkedIn's help in providing personalized cover letter recommendations that they can review and edit.
Expert advice and coaching
LinkedIn has launched a pilot program to deliver instant, personalized, actionable advice from leading business leaders and coaches on LinkedIn Learning, powered by AI. LinkedIn says the answers are trained by experts and personalized to each learner's unique needs.
Additionally, LinkedIn offers AI-powered personalized coaching support through LinkedIn Courses. Courses are available in their entirety, but users can also get summaries of the content, clarification on specific topics, examples and other real-time insights.
