Paul highlighted the broad influence of training, focusing on participants ranging from executive leadership to early career data engineers, finance, the Ministry of Finance and Commercial Unit employees. Over the past year, Shaffer has trained nearly 100 fifth employees.
“These training fits a large number of personas,” Paul said. “We took a wide stroke with this, but we could dial it in and see the AI of the data engineer or the AI of the business solution and tweak them in those ways.
