New feature publishes studio-quality AI avatar-driven training videos directly to your security awareness program in one click
KnowBe4, the global leader in digital workforce security that protects both AI agents and humans, today announced the release of Custom AI Video Builder, a new feature that allows security administrators to create custom AI-generated training videos and deploy them directly into their security awareness training (SAT) programs in minutes. This innovation is the latest addition to KnowBe4’s AI-native content customization suite and builds on the company’s strategic partnership with Synthesia.
Attackers are increasingly using generative AI to launch precise social engineering campaigns that target specific roles, geographies, and industries, and exploit processes and workflows that are outside the scope of traditional security training. Custom AI Video Builder is built to fill that gap. Customers can activate a prepaid Synthesia starter license worth $250 per year at no additional charge through the ModStore and generate up to 120 minutes of narrated video per year using 120+ AI avatars across 160+ languages. This feature is natively integrated with content creation agents, allowing administrators to overlay studio-quality video over text-based training. Together with Deepfake Training Content Agent, the three features form one AI-native content customization suite within ModStore. Finished videos are published directly to ModStore’s uploaded content library, eliminating the need for manual steps such as downloading and re-uploading files.
