Keyloop launches Vega Business Intelligence Tools with AI

AI For Business

Keyloop is launching new Vega and Vega.AI business intelligence tools that allow you to aggregate and interpret data in real time from the Software Solutions company's portfolio.

Dealers can use these tools to assess key aspects of performance and identify the best ways to maximize lifetime value for customers and vehicles, reduce costs, and increase margins.

Vega and Vega.ai will be integrated into Keyloop's Dealer Management System (DMS) service and will be available to first dealer customers in September.

Vega.ai will be the built-in feature for a variety of software products, consisting of within Fusion, Keyloop's new end-to-end automotive retail platform (ARP).

Fusion incorporates four different “domains” (suppression, demand, ownership, operation) that cover what Keyloop describes as all key features within the dealer business.

According to Keyloop, Vega and Vega.ai will offer a handpicked selection of template reports that provide actionable insights covering a wide range of key dealer features, including new and used car sales, after-sales, finance, parts and vehicle inventory.

Real-time performance views from the whole group

Multisite groups can create automatic reports that drill down to performance for individual dealers or brands. Or create aggregated data from across your business for a higher level of strategic analysis and planning, and consolidate connected data sources into a single live view.

Additional AI features in vega.ai allow you to generate tailored reports using natural language prompts.

Predictive trend analysis and automated workflows guide teams on how to address new risks and potential costs.

Adrian Nash, Keyloop's Chief Product Officer, said: “Dealers need the right data at the right time, whether they control sales, inventory, services, finance or strategy.

“With Vega.ai, managers can use natural language queries to ask simple questions and get instant answers that can act. No analysts are needed, and there is no delay.”

This includes areas such as inventory turns, workshop efficiency, improved forecasting, and customer retention.

Nash added: “Our goal is to change the insights available to frontline teams and leaders.

“Shared dashboards, role-specific alerts, and inter-departmental insights break down silos, adjust priorities and encourage more crucial, informed action.”

Keyloop confirmed that Fusion's tools are ready to deploy for dealers and groups of all sizes, even for businesses operating in multiple countries.
