A Japanese artificial intelligence start-up has launched a home robot that can deliver goods according to verbal commands, such as bringing food and condiments to the dining table, or books and drinks to the sofa.
A rectangular robot called Kachaka, developed by Tokyo-based Preferred Robotics, attaches to the bottom of a specially designed table with casters.
The device, which is about the size of a robot vacuum cleaner, can place an object on a table, give it a command, and deliver it to a specific location in your home pre-registered in the app.
