The study aims to uncover how companies are currently leveraging AI-driven automation, where they’re finding the most value, and what barriers are slowing progress.
“We launch this study to look beyond the hype and better understand how organizations are approaching AI-driven automation on a practical level,” said Sifiso Mohlala, IBM Software Product Manager at First Distribution.
Mohlala said the survey provides a true picture of companies’ readiness, challenges and opportunities across areas such as data, integration, orchestration and AI-assisted development.
“These insights help uncover real-world priorities and guide more meaningful conversations about how organizations can deploy automation in a way that is scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes,” he says.
The survey asked respondents where their companies are in their AI journey, their primary goals for AI adoption, and the biggest barriers to adoption. We also discuss data readiness, integration approaches, access to AI coding skills, and investment strategies.
By participating, you will be contributing to research projects in the region. Detailed results will be published on ITWeb.
