An Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson said the move was aimed at “concealing the truth about the illegal war against Iran.”

Iran has criticized YouTube for imposing a ban on a pro-Iranian group that publishes Lego-like artificial intelligence videos after it posted a video mocking US President Donald Trump and declaring that “Iran has won” last week.

Explosive Media reported on X last week that YouTube had suspended the account for “violent content,” but that the group’s other online accounts did not appear to be affected.

“Seriously! Are our Lego-style animations actually violent?” Explosive Media asked in a post Friday.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghai said the ban was an effort to cover up the “truth” about the US and Israel’s war against Iran.

“In a country that proudly hosts Pixar, DreamWorks Animation, and the Walt Disney Company, an independent animated YouTube channel that grew organically and garnered millions of viewers by depicting U.S. invasion and warmongering has suddenly been shut down!! Why?!” he posted on X on Monday.

Bagai added: “Simply to hide the truth of the ‘illegal war’ against Iran and protect the US government’s false narrative from competing voices.”

Explosive Media, a group of pro-Iranian creators that claims to be independent but are widely suspected of having ties to the Iranian government, produced a series of videos like this during the conflict that racked up millions of views.

“The world has been shown how to crush imperialism. Trump has surrendered. Iran has won,” the caption of a video distributed to X after the two-week cease-fire agreement was announced on April 7 read.

He referenced the acronym for “Trump Always Chickens Out,” adding, “TACO will always be TACO.”

Another clip from X showed a caricatured Trump with an oversized yellow head and fiery back holding a placard that read, “Victory! I’m a Loser.”

Explosive media, which often captures American popular culture in videos, appears to portray Trump as old, isolated, prone to childish tantrums and disconnected from reality.
