The app is powered by an AI assistant known as “Yodi” that guides users through exercises and helps them find useful communication tips. Additionally, Rachel Marmore, a certified marriage family therapist involved in the development of this revolutionary technology, recommends that each step is personalized so that users can learn effectively and develop constructive habits. Yodi’s first activity is to help users acquire PAIRS Talking Tips skills for effective communication and problem solving.
