Infineon Technologies AG today announced that Infineon has acquired Stockholm-based start-up Imagimob AB, a leading platform provider of machine learning solutions for edge devices. With this acquisition, Infineon advances its position as a provider of world-class machine learning (ML) solutions, significantly complementing its AI offerings. Focused on delivering production-grade ML models, Imagimob provides a flexible and easy-to-use end-to-end machine learning toolchain. Infineon will acquire 100% of the company’s shares. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
