In his keynote speech titled “Accelerating Intelligence with Huawei Cloud,” Wu outlined Huawei Cloud’s plans to deepen its focus on the industry and drive innovation in cloud architecture, methodologies, and tools. As a leader in AI computing technology, Huawei Cloud aims to help customers become intelligence pioneers in their respective fields and improve business efficiency in various industries.
Meanwhile, in the keynote speech “Huawei Cloud: AI Pioneer in Industry”, Mr. Jigui Fu, Managing Director of Huawei Cloud Singapore, highlighted how Huawei Cloud’s robust portfolio of AI and cloud solutions effectively supports Singapore’s national AI ambitions.
“Looking back to 2025, Singapore’s digital landscape has undergone a remarkable transformation. At the heart of this evolution are three key drivers: new AI-enabled IaaS, new PaaS for agent development, and innovative SaaS powered by AI agents, all of which will help industries thrive in the digital era. Huawei Cloud stands ready to navigate this transformation alongside the nation and collectively shape Singapore’s intelligent future.”
To support Singapore’s national AI aspirations, Huawei Cloud launched the Huawei Cloud Singapore AI Pioneer Partner Ecosystem Alliance, a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating AI innovation across multiple industries in Singapore. The Huawei Cloud Singapore AI Pioneer Partner Ecosystem Alliance, in collaboration with leading AI companies such as YITU Technology, Weaver Network International, Sunline Holding, TrustDecision, Udesk, iFLYTEK, Neuxnet, Sefonsoft, and AiMall, is an important step in driving AI innovation “in Singapore, for Singapore” across key sectors such as public services, retail, education, fintech, transport, and enterprise.
At the summit, YITU’s Head of Global Solutions Sales, Zach Tang, gave a keynote speech highlighting how the company’s AI 2.0 paradigm is pioneering a new era of video intelligence. As a member of the Alliance, YITU brings 13 years of computer vision domain leadership and expertise in vision-centric multimodal large-scale models. This technology provides the highly accurate, cost-effective intelligence needed to process data from tens of thousands of cameras, connecting the physical and cognitive worlds into advanced solutions for public safety, smart cities, other sectors, and beyond.
In a presentation titled “Reimagining Operational Excellence with AI,” Ken Wei, Managing Director of Weaver Network International, highlighted how Weaver’s solutions leverage low-code platforms and AI to automate workflows, streamline contract and invoice management, and enhance data analytics. Key features include AI-powered agents, intelligent chatbots, and compliance tools to enable efficient operations, improved decision-making, and seamless integration across business processes.
As Huawei’s strategic partner in APAC, Sunline is driving financial modernization with an integrated suite of core banking, digital banking, data intelligence, and financial management solutions. Liang Yansui, Sunline’s VP of Solutions, highlighted DataMind, the company’s AI-powered data platform that helps banks integrate and manage their data and power their transition to AI-driven operations.
The partnership also addresses critical needs in financial security, with partners such as TrustDecision, which provides AI-powered risk intelligence. In the session “Risk Management with AI Intelligence”, TrustDecision Regional Sales Director Lee Man Paul detailed how the company’s comprehensive AI risk engine, built on state-of-the-art Huawei Cloud infrastructure, solves the pain points of traditional fraud detection systems in modern banking and provides protection against fraud and money laundering.
Bruce Ke, global business director at Udesk, pointed out that cross-border companies currently face three major pain points: language barriers, fragmented channels, and compliance risks. With 11 years of experience in intelligent customer service and a wealth of practical data, Udesk uses AI to address these pain points. Leveraging Huawei Cloud’s computing power, ecosystem resources, and full language support, including niche languages such as Filipino and Malay, Udesk AI Agent provides full-stack intelligent service capabilities. It currently supports 120 million users and is trusted by over 50,000 customers worldwide.
iFLYTEK is a leading AI company with a team of over 8 million developers worldwide, offering mature multilingual capabilities across speech recognition, OCR (optional character recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), and translation, enabling applications such as real-time multilingual subtitles for media. In addition to this, iFLYTEK’s Digital Staffing Framework allows organizations to build agents that read documents, perform tasks, and automate workflows such as bid evaluation. As Jeffery Wang, Country Manager for Open Platform iFLYTEK Group, outlined, such AI capabilities are already being deployed in real-world projects around the world, and iFLYTEK aims to bring them to practical use cases in Singapore.
Sean Wei, sales director at Neuxnet, said in a presentation titled “AI Workforce: A Vision for Real-World Impact” that Neuxnet has deep expertise in intelligent automation, procurement workflows, and Oracle ERP integration. These solutions are powered by Huawei Cloud and help businesses optimize processes, improve customer experience, and accelerate growth in the digital era.
Sunny Qin, Overseas Solution Presales Manager at Sefonsoft, shared that the company’s platform provides intelligent data queries, data analysis, and data reporting, along with tools for assistant card design, smart dispatch, and knowledge Q&A features. This solution helps clients understand development trends and make quick decisions.
Last but not least, Dr. Chris Yang, Founder and CEO of AiMall, highlighted in the session “Phygital AI: Bridging the Digital-Physical Divide in Retail” that AiMall is having measurable impact where it matters. That means reducing staff training costs by 70%, reducing sales attrition by more than 60%, and recovering lost sales. He emphasized that many retail AI efforts never progress beyond the pilot stage, and while impressive in demo, are disconnected from actual store operations. AiMall addresses this gap with Phygital AI, powered by the proprietary A3 Agent framework. Archive multimodal data (video, audio, sensor streams) from the physical world. Analyze people, products, and places. Then act by triggering real-time digital alerts to frontline staff and automatic responses in the physical world.
The Huawei Cloud Singapore AI Pioneer Partner Ecosystem Alliance aims to help enterprises reduce workloads, increase efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation by combining Huawei Cloud’s cutting-edge infrastructure with partner expertise. This strengthens Singapore’s position at the forefront of global AI adoption and creates a future-ready AI environment that empowers businesses and customers across all industries in Singapore.
