Artificial intelligence-generated images of women kissing during mud wrestling and Donald Trump's meal are part of a conversation that users unconsciously share publicly Meta A newly launched AI app.
The company deployed the Meta AI app in April, competing directly with Openai's ChatGpt. However, the tool has recently gained some negative publicity and has sparked privacy concerns about some of the quirky and personal prompts that are publicly available from user accounts.
Besides mud wrestlers and poop during a Trump meal, some of the examples found CNBC have encouraged users to generate pictures of the character, prompting meta AI tools. Another user who was posted to the prompt asked Meta AI to send what appears to be a veterinary bill to others.
“Sir, your home address is listed there,” the user commented on a photo of the veterinary bill.
Meta AI chats are private by default and can only be published through a four-step process, including pre-post previews, a company spokesperson said. This includes the ability to hide posts. The spokesman also said the discovery feed is intended to provide users with “inspiration and AI hacks.”
Users can adjust app settings to protect privacy and prevent queries from sharing with other apps in Meta.

To get started, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and scroll down to your data and privacy. Next, go to the Suggest Prompts in Other Apps tab. This should include Facebook and Instagram. Once there, click on the toggle feature of the app that prevents prompts from being shared.
