If I clicked on that emoji, the text would appear on the screen like shards of a shattered mirror, waiting to be deciphered. These letters spell out 12 cities around the world, with an orange door suddenly appearing with number 12 and a QR code. (Showgirl's LifeFans who scanned the QR code are Swift's 12th album. ) After that, I was led by a YouTube shorts video. This included new clues decoded so that fans could “lock” the lyrical video for Swift's lead single “The Fate of Ophelia.”

All of this for a lyrical video? There's no time to unpack it. It appears to have been posted to Swift's YouTube channel, but the videos that were subsequently deleted had specific AI scenes in them. Let's take a look at some:
